When should we book our Barcelona wedding photographer?
For peak season (May to October): Book 12 to 18 months in advance. The best photographers are typically booked 1 to 2 years out for Saturday weddings in June, July, and September. For off-peak season (November to March): 6 to 9 months is usually sufficient, though popular dates around Christmas and Valentine's Day fill up quickly. For elopements and micro-weddings: 3 to 6 months ahead often works, especially for weekday ceremonies. My availability: I take a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives my full attention. If you're considering me, reach out early, even if your date isn't finalized yet. Do you travel outside Barcelona for weddings? Absolutely.
While I'm based in Barcelona, I regularly photograph weddings across: Costa Brava (Tossa de Mar, Cadaqués, Begur) Sitges & Garraf Coast Mallorca & Ibiza Madrid, Seville, San Sebastián International destinations (Italy, France, Portugal, Greece) Travel fees are calculated transparently based on distance and accommodation needs. For weddings within 1 hour of Barcelona, travel is typically included in my packages. Can we meet before booking? Yes, and I encourage it. Sneak peek: 5 to 7 days after the wedding (10 to 15 images for social media) Full gallery: 4 to 6 weeks for standard delivery Rush delivery: 2 weeks available for an additional fee Each image is individually edited for color, exposure, and consistency with my signature style. I don't batch-edit or use AI filters, every photo receives personal attention.
How many photos will we receive?

You receive every image that meets my quality standards, no "pay per photo" nonsense. Do we get the raw / unedited files? My packages include high-resolution, fully edited JPEGs with full print rights. Raw files are not included, as they represent unfinished work. If you have a specific need for raw files (e.g., a professional retoucher you work with), I'm happy to discuss this on a case-by-case basis. Can we share photos on social media? Yes! All my packages include full social media sharing rights.

What's your photography style?
I describe my style as "documentary soul with editorial eyes." Documentary: I believe the best moments are unscripted. The tear your mother wipes away. The way your partner looks at you when you aren't watching. The spontaneous dance move during the reception. Editorial: When we do portraits, I draw on fashion photography techniques, beautiful light, thoughtful composition, and posing that feels natural but looks stunning. My color palette is warm and timeless, with true-to-life skin tones and a soft, romantic quality that doesn't feel over-processed. Do you shoot film or digital? I shoot 100% digital with professional Sony mirrorless cameras.
While I love the aesthetic of film, digital technology has advanced to the point where I can achieve a film-like quality with greater reliability, especially important for once-in-a-lifetime moments. For couples who specifically want film photography, I can arrange a hybrid package with a trusted film specialist as a second shooter.
How do you handle Barcelona's tourist crowds?

Do you offer payment plans? Yes. While the standard structure is 30% retainer + 70% final payment, I can split the balance into 3 to 4 installments for couples who prefer. Just let me know during our call.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. My policy is: More than 6 months before: Retainer refunded minus a €300 administrative fee 3 to 6 months before: 50% of retainer refunded Less than 3 months before: Retainer retained, but transferable to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability) I always try to be flexible and understanding with unexpected circumstances.
